Therapy for Adults

I love therapy because its all about gaining a new perspective. Therapy can help you look at your own thoughts, behaviors, and feelings in a new way so that you don't have to keep repeating what doesn't work. You may want to talk about painful relationship patterns or your experiences from the past. You may wish to talk in a general way about your anxiety, or about your goals for the future. Whatever you bring into therapy, I will help deepen your awareness of the fears and assumptions that might currently be motivating your behavior, unbeknownst to you. I will help you explore your real feelings and reactions- which will be healing in and of itself. And when you begin knowing your 'true self,' you will likely start to see yourself making progress in your life.
